She didn't see him, at first, didn't notice him there. At the sound of his voice, though, her face shot up, eyes wide, lips parted, just in time to see him collapse onto the grating. The Doctor was already up, pulling himself from the console and sprinting over- he probably knew the second Cas landed on the ship, thanks to that mental connection.

She was on her feet and by his side before the Doctor made it over, fingers hovering just over the chunk of protruding spear.

"Cas- Cas, oh my god-" Before she could think, before she could ask, an arm wound beneath his head, lifting it up and away from the hard grating. The other pressed against his cheek, smoothing gently, frantically trying to keep him awake. "It's alright- it's alright, we're gonna fix it, I promise-"

Her mind didn't go to 'is this God or Cas', didn't immediately jump to the anger from before, or wariness. She just saw him hurt, and reacted, concern and fear flaring in her. Fear, though, for an entirely different reason.

The Doctor, knelt down, shot her a look, examined the man he'd heard about, but was otherwise all action. "Come on. Let's get him to the infirmary."

He slid an arm beneath Castiel, and together they lifted, one of his limp arms over either of their shoulders. They were a strange, three-headed beast, moving rapidly down the TARDIS halls, but it was easy. The Doctor had Time Lord strength, and the TARDIS obligingly moved the infirmary closer.
