 | Rose Tyler is a shopgirl from London. She's never met her dad, she's never done anything special with her life. She goes to work, eats lunch with Mickey, goes home, watches telly, eats dinner, and goes to bed. Wash, rinse, repeat. It stands to reason, then, that she isn't Rose Tyler. Because she's been everywhere. She's seen worlds and stars, monsters and angels, she's saved the world and met her dad. No, she's not Rose Tyler. Not anymore. Not since she met the Doctor, the strange and wonderful man in his magical machine that made her better, took the time to show her that the univese was a wonderful place, and that she should live a fantastic life. And she does, every single day. Rose is typically played as post-Canon, altered in some way so that she doesn't have the Metacrisis anymore typically, not because I don't adore Handy, but because it's simply easier in most interactions to assume she's flying solo. If the situation is optimal, though, he can be assumed to be with her still, if you like. To justify meeting all of these different versions of people, she's played with the shattered walls theory, in that the walls of the universe and most surrounding universes are breaking down, enabling her to jump them and meet parallel versions of people. She can be played at any point in her canon based on preference, if you just ask, but if none is specified, just assume the above. If you're a Metacrisis player, typically she'll be played during the tentative beginning stages of the relationship, but without the angstiness often found in Roses. She's still Rose and he's still the Doctor, so there won't be any angst from her end, and she absolutely adores you. You can assume as much, or put strife in, whatever adds to the element you'd prefer to play, I'm absolutely open, and pretty quick to pick it up and go with it.
